Living Life on Purpose Class

Ever feel like life is happening to you? Like you're wandering through unknown territory without a map? Join us for this two-week class led by Phil Morse exploring the question: how do we live life on purpose? With so many demands on our time and so many possible futures to pursue, how do we discern the important from the merely urgent and develop a map that can lead us through difficult terrain?

This class will furnish you with practical tools and concepts rooted in scripture to help you live with a renewed sense of intention and purpose.

February Men's Huddle (Copy) (Copy)

"No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine.  Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me." -John 15.4

Work for Him. Rest in Him. The Vine is the sole provider for the branch. The branch needs only to obey. The care and nutrients the branch receives from the Vine are more than enough to bear all the fruit it can handle.

Join us as we sink our teeth into John 15 exploring questions of productivity, work, effort, surrender, and rest. As men we often overemphasize one or more of these categories to the exclusion of others. Moreover, we often confuse our own labor with the source of our fruit.

Join us for White Lake Men’s Ministry and Men’s Huddle in February…

Feb 3rd, 6AM @ North Grove Brewers - White Lake Men’s Ministry (Keynote Speaker & Refreshments)

Feb 10th, 7AM @ ECC - Men’s Huddle John 15 Session 1 (Bible Study and Refreshments)

Feb 17th, 7AM @ ECC - Men’s Huddle John 15 Session 2 (Bible Study and Refreshments)

Feb 24th, 7AM @ ECC - Men’s Huddle John 15 Session 3 (Bible Study and Refreshments)

IF:GATHERING 2024

  • 900 Warner Street Whitehall, MI, 49461 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

We desperately want to stay faithful in these times, but we know we can’t muster up the faith all on our own. IF:2023 matters to us, because for two days we get to gather and remind each other that God is who we need. God is who will provide. We gather for two days of worship, with our Bibles, and we ask God to move.

Game Night 2024

Game Night 2024

Do you take Monopoly waaay too seriously? Do you insist on using your personal “lucky” dice whenever you play Yahtzee? Do you hold months-long grudges against your friends for stealing longest road on their very last turn? Are you seemingly cursed to forever be one person short for a game of Euchre?

We got you…

Join us January 28th at 6PM for our open-invite Game Night 2023! This night is for the crazy ones. The misfits and the rebels. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, one mind-blowing, timer-turning, buzzer-zapping, spinner-flicking turn at a time.

Life Group Sign-Up Sunday

Hey ECC!  We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new season of Life Groups! These groups are an opportunity for all of us to grow closer to God and to each other as we journey together in faith.

What AreLife Groups?
Life Groups aresmall gatherings of individuals who come together to share, learn, pray, and support one another in their spiritual journeys. It's a chance to connect on a deeper level, study God's Word, discuss life's challenges, and celebrate its joys in a warm and welcoming environment.

How to Get Involved:

Life Group Sign-Up Sunday is September 10th, and for those of you who want a sneak peak, early sign-ups will be available for select groups Friday, September 8th.  Download our Church Center app to browse our group offerings and simply tap to join the group of your choice.

[NOTE] For those of you wanting to recommit to the same group from last season, make sure to reach out to your group leader ASAP to let them know you are in.

Visit our church website or Church Center App and browse the list of available groups. You'll find a variety of options, from different days of the week to various group topics and types. Once you find a group that resonates with you, sign up and get ready for an incredible journey!
